Suren Rana is a Vice President of Equifin Capital. Prior to joining Equifin, Mr. Rana was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch’s Financial Institutions Group in New York where he advised clients on various M&A, IPO and financing transactions across the financial services sector, most notably specialty finance and banks.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2005, Mr. Rana worked at GE Money for two years in risk management and pricing responsibilities.

Mr. Rana earned an MBA from Harvard University, a Post Graduate Degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honors) from The Shriram College of Commerce at the University of Delhi.
