Sarita Mandanna is a Vice President of Equifin. Prior to joining Equifin, Ms. Mandanna was a Vice President with GE Commercial Finance. Ms. Mandanna worked at GE’s private equity arm, GE Equity, where she focused on evaluating equity investments in the financial services sector. She subsequently worked at GE’s restructuring finance group providing restructuring debt finance to a broad range of customers.

Prior to joining GE in 2001, Ms. Mandanna was an investment banker, most recently with Warburg Dillon Read’s Financial Institutions Group in Hong Kong where she provided M&A and corporate advisory services to financial services companies in Asia, and previously, with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell’s corporate finance practice in Mumbai.

Ms. Mandanna earned an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Post Graduate Degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honors program) from the Shriram College of Commerce at Delhi University.
