M. Fraz Ahmed is an Associate of Equifin Capital Partners. Prior to joining Equifin, Mr. Ahmed was a Financial Analyst at Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, where he worked in the mergers and acquisitions group, and advised clients on various buyside, sellside and capital raising assignments.

Prior to joining Lazard Frères & Co. LLC in 2006, Mr. Ahmed began his career as a member of the Financial Management Program with GE Commercial Finance in its Energy Financial Services and Real Estate businesses.

Mr. Ahmed earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics with a Business Basic Certificate from Northwestern University.
