Lisa M. McGovern is Vice President and CFO of Equifin Capital Partners. Prior to joining Equifin, Ms. McGovern most recently was a Senior Accounting Advisor with Palmeri Fund Administrators (“PFA”), a private equity administration outsourcing firm, where she was responsible for the accounting administration for various private equity funds including Nassau Capital.

Before PFA, Ms. McGovern was the CFO for Nassau Capital LLC., a privately held investment firm founded in 1995 who managed the alternative assets for a large university endowment. Prior to Nassau Capital, Ms. McGovern was formerly with The Blackstone Group, where she was responsible for the overall administration and financial reporting for its private equity funds. Ms. McGovern’s accounting career started in 1984 with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in the audit group.

Ms. McGovern earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
